swimming Trial 3

After coming back from Youth Defined, feeling like a swing in mood~

From a 6 star hotel in KL to Dewan Penginapan Pelajar, Sintok ..... LoL

But nevertheless, must continue back the usual routine.

After stop swimming for a few day due to the occupied event,

feeling like missing the swimming pool so much !

And good news for today, i had done a 200m breast-stroke swim in one go !

another 200 more ;) Gotta train harder boy !
